I am recording with my new PENfriend3. But I notice that sometimes when I play back the recording, it is being cut off at the beginning. What should I be doing?
Don't talk immediately when you tap the Recording button. Give it a 1-second count, and then start your recording. The pen is a computer and it needs a little time (1 sec) to find where to store the recording. Same again with the saving. When you have spoken, wait a second and then press the record button again to save. It is a habit that is quickly learnt.
